This beautiful home will MAKE your Vacation! It has just been completely renovated! The home is located off of a private driveway and provides privacy and
serenity on just under an acre. The home has an excellent location just outside of Williamsburg.
It is a 10-15 minute drive to Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, and Colonial Williamsburg. It is
also a 45 minute drive to the beaches of Virginia Beach and the clubs and nightlife in Norfolk. The
home is also convenient to Patrick Henry Mall,Shopping, dinning, Rte. 60 and Interstate 64.
The kitchen has been remodeled with Granite counters and updated appliances. The rest of the home
features refinished hardwood floors, ceramic tile, new paint, and more. The home has 5BR 2BA and 2
living rooms. The downstairs living room has a wood stove and 2 very comfortable leather couches.
The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and plenty of room for the organizer of your trip! The

Williamsburg is a beautiful place to vacation. You are close to the Amusement parks (Busch Gardens and Water Country). You are close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and the college of William and Mary. There are multiple beaches off the James River and York River. There are many parks, sites, and things to do. There are also many places for great food, shopping, and entertainment. Williamsburg is a year round destination with wonderful events in the fall and winter.
