Description of the Williamsburg vacation home rental

This beautiful home has had extensive renovations. It features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood floors on the first floor. The remodeled upstair bathroom has marble tile and a jacuzzi tub. The master suite has "His" and "Hers" closets and tile bathroom with granite counters and walk-in shower. The living room is open to the kitchen and eating areas and features a wood burning fireplace and two Frend Doors. These doors lead out to the very large deck, ravine views, and a Relaxing HOT TUB.

During the winter, you can enjoy our hot tub on the back deck and keep your eyes out for the deer and eagles that make the woods of Kingsmill their home. There is the amazing Grand Illumination and Fire Works show in early December. There is also great shopping for Christmas and After Thanksgiving sprees. Enjoy The Marquis, New Town, High Street, The Prime Outlets, Williamsburg Outlet Mall, The Pottery, The Kingsmill Shopps, and More. Busch Gardens is also opening CHRISTMAS CITY THIS YEAR. For the First Time Ever Busch Gardens Williamsburg will be open during Late Novemeber and all of December. This is in addition to thier HALLOWSCREAM event that lasts through October. There is so much to see and do in Williamsburg all year long!(Please inquire for Winter and Fall Rates.Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years do not qualify for winter rates.)

This home is minutes away from Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA. Busch Gardens is literally next to Kingsmill. Shopping and dining is right outside the neighborhood. Kingsmill also has its own marina, beach, golf courses, resort, restaurants, and recreational areas. Williamsburg's newest mall, The Marquis. If you want to experience the best of what Williamsburg has to offer, this home is the one for you.

The home has 3 televisions, DVD Player, Wi-Fi internet and more. There is no land phone line so bring your cell phone. It is beautiful all year long and the neighborhood is a bird sanctuary filled with wildlife including deer, eagles, and owls. Cribs are available upon request.

Area Description

Williamsburg is a beautiful place to live and play. There is lots of fun at Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and historic Yorktown. Williamsburg is a beautiful area. There are lush trees & beaches along the James and Chickahominy rivers. There is a wealth of shopping, dining, and entertainment. In addition to Busch Gardens and Water Country there is Colonial Williamsburg, Ripley's Believe It or Not, The College of William and Mary, The Outlet Mall, The Williamsburg Pottery, The Yankee Candle Factory, Go-Karts Plus, The Great Wolf Lodge and many other tourist attractions. Within Kingsmill there is a marina, various restaurants, a pub, resort and spa. The golf courses are also open to the public. It is a great place to have fun and play!

Kingsmill is a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees and landscape. There are several golf courses, a resort, a marina, multiple restaurants, a beach, multiple pools, and multiple recreation areas. It is close to everything in Williamsburg and right next to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. There are walking and biking trails, and a gym at the resort. The marina provides boat rentals, fishing charters, live entertainment at night and a beautiful bar and restaurant over looking the James River. In the fall deer, eagles, and owls are common sights in our heavily wooded community. The community pools are currently under renovation and will reopen on Memorial Day 2009.
