Come Relax and Get away from the hustle and bustle, in this cozy quiet relaxing Lake House! Situated in a brand new gated community on the lake, this is the perfect getaway for you and your family.

Our home is completely furnished. All linens and towels are provided at no extra charge.

This is a 2 story lake house, with a very open floor plan. The backyard is huge, with plenty of room to run around, or have a picnic!

Just bring your suits and change of clothes, and come relax in this beautiful home!

Our home is located in the Lake Breeze Community in Willis, Texas. Lake Breeze is nestled in a small cove leading out to wonderful Lake Conroe. If you're a golfer, your in luck. Our home is close to multiple public golf courses.
Of course, Lake Conroe offers many water sports activities. Sam Houston National Forest is nearby and offers mountain biking, camping or hiking trails. If you like the big city, no worries! You can plan a fun filled day with a drive to Houston, about an hour away.

About 30 minutes away you can visit Old Town Spring with many arts and crafts shops. In Conroe, about a 10 minute drive you will find the Conroe Outlet Mall and shop 'til you drop! The Woodlands is a quick 20 minute drive away. The Woodlands is sometimes considered the oasis of Houston. Colossal pine trees line the streets, creating a haven for shade seekers and an escape for nature lovers. It is unlike any other city in Texas. The Woodlands boasts all the amenities of a large city in a hometown. Need more retail therapy' Market Street in The Woodlands has specialty boutiques as well as your high end staples like Sur La Table & Z Gallerie.

Visit from October - November, and you may want to visit the Texas Renaissance Festival.

Bring your boat and explore the beautiful 21,000 acre Lake Conroe. Known for trophy bass, many area fishing tournaments are held on the lake year round. If you don't own a boat, there are various marinas nearby where you may rent them.

Lake Conroe is the 4th largest lake in Texas. The lake is 19 miles long and 5 miles wide and offers year-round fishing, boating and a variety of water activities. Boasting 14 marinas, six 18-hole golf courses and two 27-hole golf courses, along with shopping, sightseeing, you'll be amply entertained and pampered.

Rental Rates: $200/night; $1200 wk; $3000 month; Flexible terms. Security Deposit required.

Our home is the perfect getaway for relaxation. The Lake Breeze subdivision is a small, gated community. The boat docks and pier are currently under construction but will be available late 2010. The community also offers a sparkling blue pool and pavallion area.

Why would anyone stay in a hotel?? I just don't get it! First off the price for this home is great! You every thing you need there! Its in a great location, right outside of the Woodlands, and trust me the Woodlands is Texas best kept secret!! You wont even want to go to Houston! The neighboorhood is very nice, safe and extremely quiet! 5 Stars for sure!

Very nice home and area. Quiet Neighborhood, home has all the ammenities you need. Very Clean and well looked after. Plenty of space. Owner is extremely pleasant to deal with and easy to get in touch with. Our stay was more than what we expected and the pricing was right. Easy access to I-45 to take you to Houston or nearer to unlimited shoping possibilities in the Woodlands. Only a short distance from Lake Conroe. We highly recommend staying at this location. It has tranquility, yet many locations nearby for entertainment. You will have no regrets! We will stay there again!

This property is almost new and it resides in an extremely pleasant area. (Close proximity to Conroe for restaurants and within a short walk to the water). Why pay for a hotel room when you can enjoy the amenities of an entirre home? Very clean and tidy!
