The main wing of this home is on one level and features the kitchen, dining, and living area overlooking the ocean. The bedroom wing of this home is on 2 levels and features 4 bedrooms. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 Singles and one with a Double, that share a hall bath. The upper level has a guest bedroom, 2 Singles, with a private bath and the master bedroom, King, with a private bath and balcony. There are decks on both the ocean and sound sides.

Cross the private bridge to Figure Eight Island and you'll find a peaceful, seaside haven with sparkling blue waters and miles of sandy white beach. Nature lovers will delight in the endless occasions for bird watching, shell seeking and quiet strolls along the shore. • Lodging Tax: 12.75%
   
• Deposits: Advance Payment required to confirm a reservation is half of the weekly rate plus the reservation fee. There is a $300 refundable security deposit due with your final payment, 30 days prior to arrival date.
   
• Other Fees: Reservation Fee of $45 plus tax; Optional Linen Fee of $100; Optional Cancellation Insurance which is 6.5% of rent, taxes, and reservation fee; Refundable Security Deposit of $300.

The house was everything and more than we had hoped for our vacation. The quality of everything is first-class. It is located right on the beach with a wonderful view. The design of the rooms allows for lots of privacy and very little noise. We would definitely rent this beach house again.
