THE VILLAS AT MAGNOLIA GREENS are fully furnished and equipped and located on the 15th Hole at Magnolia Greens, a great course that has previously hosted a PGA TOUR Q-School event. The master bedroom has a king size bed that will divide into two singles to accommodate more guests, and the second bedroom is set up as an efficiency unit with a microwave, fridge, and separate entrance affording full privacy. The villas are only 300 yards from the clubhouse at Magnolia Greens, five minutes to downtown Wilmington, and just fifteen minutes to the beaches. You'll love your stay at Magnolia Greens.
