Description of the Wilmington vacation villa rental

THE VILLAS AT MAGNOLIA GREENS are fully furnished, fully equipped located on the 15th Hole at Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation, a great course that has previously hosted a PGA TOUR Q-School event.

The master bedroom has a king size bed that will divide into two singles to accommodate more guests. The second bedroom has two double beds and is set up as an efficiency unit with a microwave, fridge, and a separate entrance affording full privacy.

These premises are smoke free, and no pets are permitted.
The villas are only 300 yards from the Clubhouse and the Recreation Center, which are available to long term rentals only. This location is only five minutes to downtown Wilmington, and just fifteen minutes to the beaches. You'll love your stay at Magnolia Greens.
