Upon opening the door at 113 Bentgreen villa, we knew that the month of March was going to go way too fast. What a beautiful place! Bright, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished. The views off the screened-in patio over looking the 15th hole of the golf course were awesome. Surrounded by golf courses, short drive to several beachs, historic Wilmington, the board walk, it is a great place to vacation. Our hosts, Terrie & Joe, made us feel like family instead of guests. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. It is perfect for two couples traveling together as the bedrooms are in different areas of the unit and each has a bathroom. The kitchen has many dishes, pots and pans and supplies. The beds and furniture are very comfortable too. The pool in the resort area is one of the best I've seen. But the best thing about this unit is the owners. They are so warm, friendly, and accomodating and truly want their guests to have whatever they can provide to make your stay perfect. I highly recommenmd this property and look forward to booking it again in the future.

My family& I stayed at the Magnolia Greens. It was nicely located. We went to Carolina beach, Fort Fisher twice with a minimal drive. The place was perfect. Combed,plenty of room.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious for 4 adults. It was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great. The supermarkets were conveniently close and downtown Wilmington was 5 minutes away. The owners were exceptionally delightful. Definitely would recommend it to others.

This spacious and nicely decorated condo was perfect for us! Golf course view from 3rd floor screened in patio was great. It was quiet. Didn't hear any of the neighbors. It was clean and very comfortable for our family of four. Had all that we needed and much more. We had more than enough space and would recommend this for a great stay in the Wilmington area (quick 10 minute trip to downtown). It was easy to reach numerous golf courses including the new Cape Fear National at Brunswick Forest! There are over 7 beaches within 15 to 45 minutes away. Magnolia Greens is a nice community and people are so friendly both in the community and at the Golf Course. It was a delightful vacation and we WILL be back! Perfect, perfect location. Easy drive to Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach airport. (more flight options at lower fares). Owners are wonderful and great to work with. This is hands down the best way to travel. Keeps the focus on the fun of your vacation and not the expense! Enjoy I know you will!
