This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a lovely mountain vacation home. It has great mountain views. This home has a nice family/game room. It has a TV in every bedroom. It also has a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Brand new Olhausen Pool table in family room. A 4-wheel drive vehicle would be helpful in the winter. Rent includes plowing, sanding, rubbish, firewood, local phone, cable TV and use of the Clubhouse. It has propane and electric heat. Renter pays propane and electric.
