Description of the Wilmington vacation home rental

This charming well cared for 3 bedroom 3 bath home is located in the Chimney Hill resort community. This well equipped home has a seperate area for the kids, 3 color tv's and a fireplace to enjoy a cozy evening.

By renting this home you will have full use of the Resort facilities including: Clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, game room, BYOB bar, lounge areas, free WiFi and nightly movies. There is also an outdoor skating rink (skates available at no charge), wilderness trails for snow shoeing and x-country skiing and snowmobile trails (part of the VAST system).

In the summer the Clubhouse features an outdoor pool, patio and deck areas, kids play areas, BBQ Grills, basketball, horseshoes and Bocce. The resort also has a stocked fishing pond, four tennis courts, hiking trails and picnic areas.

4 Wheel Drive is recommended during winter months in Vermont.

Area Information

This home is located in the Chimney Hill Resort Community, bordered by the Green Mountain National Forest, and only minutes from Mount Snow and downtown Wilmington, Vermont.

Mount Snow is the premier Ski and Boarding destination in Vermont and offers a wide variety of terrain for all abilities.

The Town of Wilmington offers many dining options, if you do not want to eat in, as well as a variety of specialty shops to please the most avid shopper.

The area also has two championship golf courses, Haystack and Mount Snow, Lake Whitingham for boating, fishing and swimming and miles of snowmobile trails.
