Situated high atop a ridge overlooking Lone Man Creek in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, this modified safari tent will enchant you with its simple elegance. Constant breezes and multiple layers of canvas are what allow Sinya to maintain a surprisingly comfortable temperature, even in the warmest of climates.

From the moment you begin your walk down the rock-lined path you know you‘ve arrived somewhere truly special and with each new step, you become more captivated by its beautiful, lofting presence. Sinya was designed with the intention of balancing luxury with eco-friendly practices without sacrificing comfort.

Experience the feeling of lightness that comes from sleeping in the open-air. Wake up refreshed and invigorated in the king-size platform bed with 100% white goose down pillows and 100% bamboo blanket and sheets that feel like a blend of cashmere and silk. The loveseat is perfect for quiet contemplation, romantic conversation, or simply taking-in the beautiful view. If you don't want to leave your sanctuary, prepare your own quick meal in the kitchenette, equipped with a small refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, induction cooktop, and 12-cup coffee maker. After dinner relax with a luxurious, scented milk bath in the century-old claw foot bathtub or bathe "al fresco" with the hot/cold outdoor shower on the back deck. Finally, sample a bottle of Texas Hill Country wine while sitting around the crackling garden fire pit.

Attention has been given to every detail so that guests at Sinya on Lone Man Creek will take with them long lasting memories and a new found appreciation for a more eco-friendly lifestyle.

Sinya's landscaping is irrigated by reusing its gray water. All soap, detergent, shampoo, hair conditioner, and milk-bath have been specially selected for their quality and are supplied for guests to use at no additional charge. They are free of phosphates, borax, and sodium which can harm the environment.

Wimberley Square offers great shopping. Shoppers are often very surprised at the high quality and value of the products found in the local shops - made by local artisans.
Market days are the first weekend of every month from May through November.
The Texas Hill Country is the motorcycle mecca of the South. There are miles and miles of scenic routes perfect for any level of ability.
The Hill Country is known even more for its MUSIC. Gruene Hall, Texas' oldest dance hall is just 35 minutes drive, South Austin is around 45 minutes North, and there are free outdoor concerts throughout the area all summer long.

Situated on 300 ft. of Lone Man Creek, fishing is available when the creek is full. The ridge offers some hiking areas and many Native American artifacts have been found on the banks of the creek. The area roads are perfect for morning walks/runs.

• Deposits: DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. This must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided certain provisions (as outlined in the rental agreement) are met.
   
• Other Fees: Pet policy: A $100 refundable pet deposit is required at the time of booking plus a $25/night/pet fee applies. Please bring old sheets or blankets to cover the furniture with if your pets are accustomed to jumping on the furniture. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees and will be deducted from the deposit. Renter is responsible for any damages caused by pet and will be charged for any and all repairs necessary for returning Sinya to its original condition.

This was a truly unique experience. The owner, Lynn conceptualized, designed, and built what I can only describe as the Ritz Carlton of Safari Tents with incredible hill country views surrounded what is basically a bird sanctuary. My wife and I were there for out 14th anniversary and it was as a romantic and private setting as I could have hoped for. The outdoors are part of the experience as you are basically in the outdoors with some luxurious amenities. Lynn was a very gracious host taking care of any reservations (several wineries and restaurants in the area) we needed. We would actually grab a couple of bottles of wine, snacks, cheeses and meats and make an evening of it on the Veranda enjoying the beautiful countryside and watching the hummingbirds buzz around. Make sure to request the Hammock for an afternoon nap - Lynn will hang it on the Veranda for you!

What a great place to stay. The tent was fabulous....a lovely cool breeze kept us at a perfect temperature all night, even after a pretty warm and humid day (mid 90's). The interior was cozy and great attention was paid to all details. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evening, and had trouble tearing ourselves away the next day. The huge clawfoot tub, and the outdoor shower were such a nice touch. The setting is fantastic, private and secluded, but not out in the middle of nowhere. We had a great stay and look forward to returning.
