Description of the Windham vacation townhouse rental

One of the biggest two bedrooms in the complex, almost 1200sq ft and only 3-5 mintues from quaint downtown Windham and the ski slopes. Interested only in seasonal or monthly rentals. We are currently prepared to rent the unit for the '09-10 ski season. Currently asking $8000 for Thanksgiving through St. Patrick's Day. During the winter we will activate the 3 person hot tub on the deck (one of the only units to have this feature). Queen in master bedroom with 4 singles and a trundle in 2nd large upstairs bedroom. There is also a queen size pullout in the spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace. So the unit can sleep 9 adults comfortably. Recently updated bathrooms and tons of closet space. Eat-in chef kitchen with all the gadgets including full-size Webber gas grill on the deck and refrigerated wine cooler. Kitchen table seats 6 adults very comfortably. WiFi, Cable TVs with HBO and DVD players in living room and master bedroom, with 3rd TV for kids games in 2nd bedroom. All linens and towels are provided. Seasonal rentors would be responsible for all utilities. Hope to hear from you soon!
