Cape style home located in town,last house at the end of the street, new deck overlooking a large yard and the woods. First floor living room, dining room, family room and kitchen. Second floor 2 bed rooms and full bath.

Winter Harbor is a charming town, there are 2 restaurants, gift shops, library, IGA supermarket, gas station, Grindstone golf course is just down the road, lobster co/op, schoodic Point scenic drive is a few miles away , ferry service to Bar Harbor is now available, ocean swimming 7 miles away and fresh water swimming 9 miles away. Wi-fi is available at the 5&10 and Garrishes in the middle of town. Hammond Hall is a 5 minute walk, during the summer there are weekly events.
