Gorgeous million dollar log home on 2 acres on Pole Creek Golf Course. Builder owned and cared for. You will love the layout of this house. The kitchen is amazing and includes all the cooking amenities you could want. Large pantry holds lots of food staples and spices, help yourself to whatever you need. Attached dining room/turret has 3 walls of windows overlooking the golf course and Longs Peak mountain range.

There are four master suites, two are upstairs on either side of the loft (each with a queen size bed and attached bathroom, one includes a futon and the other includes a daybed and trundle), one master suite on the main level (with queen bed and oversized bathroom, including 2-head shower) and one master suite over the garage (with a king size bed and inclusive bathroom).

There is a huge walkout basement/gameroom with ping pong table and wet bar at one end, and theater room at other end. This room contains a large screen TV and an L-shaped sofa sleeper, along with 2 futons. Also in the lower level, you will find 2 additional bedrooms (each with queen size bed) and 1 attached bathroom.

Relax in the hot tub with amazing mountain views. Enjoy a cookout on the back deck and watch the golfers go by, or join in. Cross country ski right out the back door on the golf course. Or walk 50 yards into the back entrance to YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch. Or take your fishing pole out back to the private stocked trout ponds available to you as a guest.

World Class skiing at Winter Park is only a 15 minute drive. Rocky Mtn National Park is 20 minutes away. There are sleigh rides, snow tubing and snow mobile rentals nearby (3 miles).
