Description of the Winter Park vacation home rental

COZY, COMFORTABLE, SPOTLESS, SLEEPS 18, ROUND HOUSE:
Upstairs (1750 sq ft): No steps to this level, Sunny & cozy
- Great room with views, wood burning stove, lots of sitting
- Gourmet well-equip kitchen with bar/stools and large table
- Deck off kitchen with table/chairs and barbeque grill
- Master bedroom: Queen bed, two twins, and master bath
- Shared Bath: bath with shower
- 2nd bedroom (fish): Queen bed and double bed
- 3rd bedroom (tree): Queen bed, plus room for a crib
Downstairs (another 1700 sq ft): Where the kids like to hang out!
- Rec room with satellite TV, ping pong table, card table, sleeper couch
- Shared bath and a large laundry room
- 4th bedroom (ski): Queen bed, twin, lots of floor space
- 5th bedroom (snowman): Queen bed and a twin
- Nice Hot tub off rec room with views of meadow and stars

12 minutes to Winter Park/Mary Jane ski area, not far from Granby Ranch ski/golf area, renowned Pole Creek Golf Course, Hot Sulphur Springs, Devil's Thumb cross country resort, YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Great cross country skiing or hiking/biking trails are nearby. Tubing at the old fashion Fraser Tubing Hill is a must. Our cozy spotless home is beautifully furnished with lots of sunny windows that overlook a meadow. The rec room, has satellite TV, ping pong table, card table and a hot tub off deck. Great for kids to hang out while the adults relax upstairs around a fire and large gourmet kitchen. We sleep all 16 entirely on BEDS, no futons or bunk beds. Most of our clients are now returning guests that enjoy making memories year after year. They comment on how the Round House has great 'Energy' and is so clean, cozy, and comfortable. Your group will love it, too! We have lived in Colorado our entire lives, so let us help you with your special plans to help fulfill your vacation dream.

Area Information

8 miles to Winter Park/ Mary Jane Ski area which has an alpine slide and other activities (miniature golf, maze, rock wall, music festivals) in the summer. Granby Ranch ski/ golf area, Pole Creek Golf area, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Hot Sulphur Springs are close by. Cross country out back door on treed trails, great mountain biking. hiking, and fishing. Winter Park has art and music festivals in the summer. Fun family swimming pool/ water park at Fraser Valley Rec center is 3.8 miles away.

GREAT Place for a family getaway

July 24, 2012

We recently had a large family gathering and needed a good place to host all of our out of town guests. The Round House was PERFECT!! It was large enough to accomodate everyone but the layout made it feel very cozy and like we were at home. We loved every minute of our time there. I would recommend the Round House to anyone needing a rental home near Winter Park. We were 10 minutes away from Devil's Thumb for hiking and they have a spa. Winter Park Resort is close as well and had a great summer family amusement park.
