Description of the Winter Park vacation home rental

Our luxurious mountain rentals are located 10 miles from Winter Park Ski Resort, and 3 miles from the town of Fraser, Colorado. In a custom community of 3-5 acre lots, Moose Run is the perfect mix of serenity in the trees and convenience to town. The Cabin and Namaste Lodge boast million dollar views, private access to trails, wildlife and wildflowers galore! Built in 2005 for family gatherings, these 4 bedroom homes (with sleeping capacity up to 30 when both are rented) are fully stocked with kitchen/laundry items, games, reading materials, TV/DVD, mahogany decking, teak patio furniture and private hot tub.

We hope the set-up inspired by our own family vacations makes for a special time during your stay. Our many guests have commented on the wonderful amenities and wildlife sitings! We are offering the 8th night free (or 10% off) for a full week booking. The Cabin is pet-free, but Namaste Lodge may consider dogs or horses with separate contract and payment. Let us know if there is anything we can do or provide to make your stay more enjoyable.

Area Information

Moose Run Subdivision is just past Fraser's Tubing Hill and Rodeo (the first left after Trailblazers Snowmobile Tours) and is made up of only 40 large estate lots with 18 homes currently built. This unique area includes exclusive entry to the Northwest Passage Trail for access to all primary trails in Arapaho National Forest. Hike, bike, ski or sled right from our home, or get in the car for a 3 minute ride to the rodeo, 5 minute ride to tubing or town, minutes more to 3 ski areas or many choices in golf, and about 35 minutes to boating activities in Grandby/Grand Lake.

Our Cabin is situated on a great sledding hill, and we are stocked with sleds, electric ATV and mountain bikes (all used at your own risk and replacement cost if damaged); Namaste Lodge sleeps an additional 14 people (4 twins, 2 queens, 1 king, 1 double) and will consider pets. Only 9 miles to Winter Park Ski and Summer Resort; Zip Line and other great activities at Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA; Spa and Gourmet Dining at Devils Thumb Ranch; Close to golf and skiing at Sol Vista Too!
