Myself and six other friends spent 2 nights and we loved. The property is just minutes away from Winter Park. The place is comfortable, it has a nice and cozy fireplace and a great jaccuzzi facing the beautiful white mountains. The owner is very responsive and professional. I felt comfortable through the entire process. I definetely reccomend the property and next time Im at WP I plan to stay there pending availabilty.

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this lovely town house; the house is big and clean. We really love the private hot tub and we would sure definitely recommend friends and others to spend their vacation at this house and we hope could stay here again later.

The condo was spacious complete with a new private hot tub. The wood burning fire place was so nice. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price.

I spent 5 days here in february, along with a few friends. We found the property to be comfortable, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed to unwind after a long day on the mountain. Full kitchen stocked with cookware, flat-screen tv, and large, clean hot tub. Great stay, thanks, Carol!

I stayed at this property with 4 members of my family for 3 nights during a pre-Christmas ski trip. We found that the townhome was clean and exceptionally well maintained. The townhome 's beds and couches were comfortable. The kitchen provided all of the cooking utensils and appliances that we needed. Relaxation was made easy in this townhome with ample living space. It also had a hottub but this time my family declined to use it. The neighborhood was quiet. The close proximity to Highway 40 provided a short drive of only about 5 minutes to the ski slopes and other local attractions. The owner of the property was very easy to work with. Considering the space and amenities provided this was a great deal for our stay. I would definitely recommend this vacation property to others

Great romantic and comfortable condo Gary and Bev Thornton, Colorado. Date Submitted: September 30, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008 My stay at his townhome was made extra special with the great views from the frontroom looking out towards Winter Park and the other side of the mountains to the East and South. I enjoyrd the breathtaking views and loved hearing the sound of the water fountain in between the other condos. The kitchen also had a great view. The place upstairs was really open, clean, had every product to clean and wash, and was just a joy to get away for a week. We had lived in Summit County, but never had views of the mountians like these. Rocky Mountain Park was a joy seeing the elk, and the hot tub outside the bottom deck was most enjoyable being able to soak and have a breeze come over you and also gave you privacy and comfort. A place to visit and come back and stay again and again. Enjoy anyone who picks this luxury condo, and the fireplace works better than anyone I have ever used.
