Enjoy a memorable vacation in our premium 4 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome at Trademark Winter Park. Located just a quarter mile from the base of the mountain, and steps from the free shuttle bus route, you will be on the mountain, or enjoying the local attractions, in minutes.
This spacious three-level townhome features a large Master Suite with king-sized bed, a cozy reading area, and a balcony to enjoy the spectacular mountain views. A jet tub is included in the Master Bath. Two private guest rooms feature queen beds and all the amenities. A separate bunk room holds two sets of bunk beds, cozy bean bags, a game board, games, and puzzles for the younger set’s entertainment.
The granite-countered kitchen has all the necessities for meal preparation, and the dining area has an over-sized table with plenty of seating for all. The living room has the pure-mountain feel with a two-story river rock fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax and savor the mountain splendor!
There’s plenty of room for winter/summer gear with in-house lockers and ski rack. Home has a one-car garage with additional parking available. Washer and dryer are in the unit.
