Description of the Winter Park vacation townhouse rental

As you enter there is a tile foyer to hang coats and leave boots. Walk back to a 3/4 bath and bedroom. Walk out the back of the bedroom to a new private hot tub that holds six.
Walk upstairs from the foyer and you come into a living room, dinning area and full kitchen. The sofa sleeper is a queen and very comfortable. There is also a BBQ deck off the dinning area. On the West side of the living room is a large deck. Take another flight of stairs up to two bedrooms and a full bath. There is also a washer dryer unit that seperates the two bedrooms.

Area Description

Unit in downtown winter park. It sits between two streams and you can walk to a meadow to see deer or Moose in the morning. Walk the other direction and you have the town park with a skate park, amphitheater, bbq, tables and sledding in the winter. The ski shuttle picks you up on a free route every 20 minutes. Summer is great for mountain biking, fishing, alpine slide and river rafting. Fall is great for hunting, hiking and watching the fall colors. Great snow in the winter with Mary Jane, Winter Park and Sol Vista for the beginners.

Hot sulpher springs = 25 miles.
Grand lake = 20 miles
Rockymountain Nat. park = 21 miles
