Yearly Rental! Our Winter Park townhome part of the Rendezvous community. Our townhome has all the comfort of home along with access to world class mountain biking, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling and more. Up high on the western slope of the Fraser valley our home over looks the town of Winter Park, the ski resort, and Beyer's Peak.

Area Description

Winter Park offers 5 distinct mountains with an annual snowfall of 29 feet. Superb skiing and snowboarding in winter. Mountain biking is the event for summer and fall, and Winter Park is considered the Mountain Biking Capital of Colorado.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: American Express, Cashier's Check, Discover, Mastercard, Visa
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: Two night minimum on weekends, three nights on holiday weekends
Deposits: 50% deposit (Credit Card) required at time of booking
Other Fees: 50% security deposit will be charged. This will be returned within 10 days of departure assuming there are no damage or excessive cleaning issues.

It was just as described with very tasteful decor and everything spotlessly clean. Very comfortable - we felt at home immediately. Easy access to Winter Park by car.
