Description of the Wintergreen vacation condo rental

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo in the heart of the Wintergreen Resort. Located within walking distance of The Mountain Inn and ski lifts. Excellent view of the Blueridge Mountains from the deck. The lower level features a master bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet and washer and dryer. Main level features a bedroom with twin beds, a galley kitchen, breakfast bar, living/dining area and wood-burning fireplace. There is also a loft with a full-size sofa bed. This unit is perfect for getting away any time of year.

Area Information

Located within walking distance of The Mountain Inn and ski lifts. Excellent view of the Blueridge Mountains from the deck.

Nearby you can find local wineries, breweries, unbelievable hiking trails and antiquing.

If peaceful getaways are what you seek, this is the perfect place for you. The condo is quaint, tastefully decorated and offers a deck for reading and relaxing in the warmer months. Great view of the Blueridge Mountains and a very quiet area. Several restaurants located within minutes of the condo and others in the valley and surrounding area.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and balance to be paid no less than 14 days prior to rental. Rental rates are for up to 6 people. At no time are more than 6 people permitted to stay in the unit. Upon departure, the unit will be left in clean condition with all trash removed prior to departure. Renter agrees to pay for any damages caused to the unit as a result of improper behavior or activities.

Other Fees: Full refunds will be issued if rental is cancelled 30 days prior to first day of reservation. 50% refund will be issued if rental is cancelled 15 days prior to first day of reservation. 25% refund will be issued if rental is cancelled 7 days prior to first day of reservation. No refund will be issued if rental is cancelled within 6 days of first day of reservation.

Wonderful condo in a great location. Close enough to walk to the slopes! The condo was nicely furnished, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a great weekend, I hope to return!
