Description of the Wintergreen vacation condo rental

Three-bedroom, three-bath condo with mesmerizing eastern view and perfectly situated at classy Wintergreen Resort, Virginia's top skiing resort and a super escape from sweltering summer weather, with 45 holes of championship golf, clay tennis courts, and a nearby lake and beach for the kids. Brand new kitchen with black granite countertops. Kitchen is fully outfitted; linens, toiletries and hairdryers provided. Main TV has a DVD/VCR player; second TV in loft has a VCR player.

Wintergreen has a great kids' camp; golf, tennis and skiing clinics for children; there are four restaurants on the mountain, and live entertainment and other activities during peak weekends. A health spa, with indoor swimming pool, massages, steambaths, etc., is located a block from the unit.

• Required Stay: two nights; 3 nights on holiday weekends
   
• Lodging Tax: 5%
   
• Deposits: $250 damage deposit, fully refundable if no damage
   
• Other Fees: $65 cleaning fee; $75 for stays of over 3 nights. Rates are higher for weekend rentals

We stayed two nights in this great condo. It was very clean, spacious with wonderful views. I particulary liked the large loft area on the second floor. It was a fantastic ending to the ski season. We'll be back!

The condo was perfect and had plenty of room for us and our 3 kids. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The skiing was great. The mountain has perfect slopes for our kid's various levels of skiing.

This condo is fantastic for a vacation to Wintergreen! We had all of the comforts of home and it was very convenient to the slopes. The included linens, towels and toiletries were great and we found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. The wood burning fireplace added great ambiance and the sunrises were gorgeous from the deck. The owners were also very helpful and we appreciated how much they cared that our vacation was a special one in their home. We plan to return!

Fab mountaintop condo was a large, very nicely decorated condo. The view was great. Ski in and ski out at the Highlands Ski lift. Short walk to condo. Quiet location. Loft bedroom makes the condo special.
