Description of the Wintergreen vacation home rental

Welcome to Wintergreen! Recently renovated house with big windows, large deck, beautiful views, granite-like countertops, stainless appliances, original oil paintings, large loft for kids, wireless internet, washer/dryer, flat screen TV in family room as well as all three bedrooms, DVD player, stereo, A/C, wood burning fireplace and driveway for two cars as well as plenty of street parking. Rates are all-inclusive, no hidden fees, including well-behaved pets!

In addition, and new this year, concierge services including flowers placed at the house prior to your arrival, grocery pick-up on your way to the resort as well as other custom services can be arranged for an extra fee upon request. In addition, our property managers live in Wintergreen and are available to attend to any problems that might arise during your stay in a timely fashion. They also turn on the lights and the air or heat prior to your arrival so your mountain home is inviting from the start! And when it's time to leave, just pack up and go. We take care of all the cleaning free of charge. We aim to give you a custom and stress-free vacation.

The house is across the street is the intermediate slope Tyro. It is within a three-minute drive to Wintergreen center, gorgeous newly renovated spa, nationally acclaimed indoor/outdoor tennis facility and golf course as well as two upscale restaurants and several more leisurely eateries. It is a short walk to Black Rock Market that sells everything from milk to movies. Snow tubing for kids of all ages is readily accessible and a video gaming center is a short drive away. For our non-skiing guests there is hiking nearby. You can't find a more perfect spot for a family get-away.

Area Information

Why Not WIntergreen? Having skied all around the world we landed at Wintergreen. Family oriented, upscale restaurants, spa, tennis, golf- the best of everything all in a compact location. Extremely convenient as the property is across the street from the slopes. Forget the shuttle and leave your car in the driveway. You can ski to the heart of the mountain. The historic and gorgeous city/town of Charlottesville is a 20 minute drive away for those who don't want to ski or would like a break from the slopes. Hiking, biking, walking during the off season months can also be done around Wintergreen. Save the airfare and high priced tickets for the westerners, we have it all in Wintergreen.
