Rental of this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home includes GUEST PASSES, which allow access (fees required) to the Wintergarden Indoor Pool and Spa, two golf courses, and children's Out of Bounds recreation activities. Our guests have free use of three outdoor pools and Lake Monocan Park.

Within steps of our home, you will find the Wintergarden Spa and Fitness Center, and the Trillium Nature Center. The FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE stops only a few steps from the house, offering a hassle-free way to reach any destination in the resort. Or, you can walk to one of the lifts and take off from there.

Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, our sun-filled home is situated on the 17th tee of the golf course. It is directly across the street from the Wintergarden's spa, fitness center, and indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. It is in easy walking distance of the Devil's Knob tennis facility, golf clubhouse and Devil's Grill. Trillium Nature Center is practically next door, offering nature walks and other programs for adults and children, as well as directions to miles of hiking trails in and near Wintergreen. The free shuttle service stops only a few steps from the house, offering a hassle-free way to reach any destination in the resort.

The first floor of the house features a living room with wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, half bath and laundry area. A large, wrap-around deck looks out onto the golf course.

On the second floor is huge master bedroom with king bed, full bath with double vanity, a second large bedroom with two twins, and a second bath. The third floor has two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed and sitting area and the other has twin beds, with a full bath in the hall. The house is equipped with high-speed, wireless Internet access. The two-car garage with adjacent ski storage is a big bonus, especially in the winter.
