Huge kitchen with all the amenities you'd expect, including microwave, gas range, and dishwasher... gas fireplace and HDTV in living room. Separate laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. Community clubhouse with indoor swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and work out room available for your use! Tennis courts and basketball Subdivision includes private mini-lake with sandy beach for outdoor swimming. Keep your boat on Castle Rock Lake during your entire stay by docking at the community pier. Public launch directly adjacent to subdivision. Only 25 minutes from the excitement of the Wisconsin Dells! Bed linens are provided. You do need to bring your own towels.

Area Description

Castle Rock Lake is the 4th largest lake in Wisconsin, located 25 minutes north of the Wisconsin Dells. Our home is 130 ft from a small, no-wake "finger" of the lake (west side). The area is surrounded by beautiful woodsy wilderness. Buckhorn State Park is just a few minutes away. Deer, wild turkey, hawks, eagles and cranes are often viewed near the home. Castle Rock Lake is an active lake, used by many fishermen and boaters, and surrounded by several bar/grills and supper clubs.

Check out Woodbine Inn for wonderful sit-down dinners on this side of the lake... Shipwreck Bay is a great bar/grill with dining room and great views of the lake. Carson's (on the east side of the lake) supper club also has beautiful views of the lake and fantastic food. Call "Cruz the Castle" for water taxi service around the lake! Target Bluff has a very good German restaurant and a bike shop (right off a bike trail). Buckhorn State Park is only minutes away, and offers cross-country ski trails and hunting areas. Castle Rock Lake County Park is just as close and has a very nice swimming beach right on Castle Rock Lake.
