Sunset Bay will become your favorite family vacation spot — with the main feature being the walk-in level recreation room with full wet bar and plenty of seating for all your family and friends. Take in a couple of games of pool, darts and challenge others around the electronic video game table!

This home easily accommodates your family of 14 ... with 4 spacious bedrooms and a loft with additional sleeping for 6 and large carpeted floor space. Family and friends will gather in the open dining room and kitchen with seating around the prep island. Patio doors lead to a lovely deck overlooking the long wooded drive and one of the campfire pits. Follow this elongated deck around the side of the home, where you can enjoy the lake breeze, full deck and brick patio with another built-in campfire pit. Enter into the sun room, which leads to the open great room facing the lake.

Come enjoy Castle Rock Lake, with 13,600 acres of water fun! Boating, dining, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, ATV and snowmobiling, canoeing, nature and more! Close to beaches, boat rentals and developed launches. Visit the Necedah Wildlife Refuge, or take a day-trip to the Sparta-Elroy Bicycle Trail, House on the Rocks, or Frank Lloyd Wright Homes. Deposits: In order to BOOK your reservation, you must call the Cottage Keeper to receive your unique reservation number. A reservation deposit of 50% of the total base rent is due within 10 days of booking.

Other Fees: A security deposit is required on all Cottage Keeper Vacation Rentals, equivalent to the nightly prime season rate (or a minimum of $400). We have a 4-night minimum stay during the prime season and a 3-night minimum stay during the value-season. If less, AND accepted by the owner, the short-stay cleaning fee is $180.00.
