Valentina's Vineyard is a quiet rustic home with all the modern conveniences located in a quiet residential area surrounded with large, old growth trees. It is an ideal setting for friends and family who want to wine taste in the world renown Woodinville area, participate in one of the local events, or just stroll through the beautiful parks and quaint downtown areas located within minutes from the home.

Valentina's Vineyard has all the amenities to enjoy a relaxed in-home vacation or a place to rest, eat and sleep as you take in all the Woodinville, Bothell, Eastside sites. The house is beautifully decorated with contemporary and antique furniture and is beautifully landscaped with an English Garden. It is 1 block from Pioneer Park, 10 blocks from Historic Downtown and multiple Wine Tasting Rooms.
Area Description Woodinville, Washington is the up and coming "Napa Valley" as many wine experts say. It boasts over 120 wineries ranging from Large, world renown wineries like Canoe Ridge to small boutique wineries tha offer a varietals only made in Walla Walla.

It is also a very charming "old town" feeling when walking down the historical neighborhoods that are unique in each block. The beautiful Pioneer Park is just 1 block from Clara's Cottage where kids can play or just have a romantic picnic. The Old Growth Maple trees make for an amazing Fall colors retreat with plenty of sunshine and warmth.

Walla Walla also has a two very progressive hospitals, some unique shopping opportunities, hunting and fishing very close by. Whitman College and Walla Walla University are two of the countries top rated colleges. Walla Walla Community College is known for its degrees in Wine Agricultural Management.

Its a terrific place to go for a friends to gather for some fun and/or family get-away.

This is a very clean 3 bedroom, l bath home. It has been remodeled and updated, and is fully furnished. It is truly a "home away from home".

It has a spacious living room for watching TV or DVD's or for visiting with guests and friends. This house calls for a family to come and visit or a close group of friends. Up to 8 people can sleep here because there is a hide-a-bed in the family room.

Each bedroom has a different theme. The Burg. room is burg. and beige. The bed has a queen size mattress. The vintage room has an old time 60's bedroom set in it and has a full size mattress, and so does the red, white and blue bedroom. There are lots of sheets and towels provided.

There is a laundry room off the end of the kitchen. The kitchen if fully equipped with everything for preparing meals. There are spices and condiments included for your use. There is a portable dishwasher available to use that is kept in the laundry room.

This is a good house for college students during the school year and a vacation rental in the summer. It is between two collages.
Area Description
Come visit the Walla Walla Valley and see what we are all about. We are in a great location on the eastside of town. We are 2 miles from the airport and 2 miles to the center of town.

There are many wineries to visit in all directions; east, west, south, and north -- also many as you are going and coming to and from town. There are many on the south part of town too.

Bring your bike and enjoy riding through Gold Creed Country Park, Edith Moulton Park, DeYoung Park, or the many bike routes outside of town. Woodinville has a lot of RICH HISTORY.

Valentina's Vineyard is close to many shops, parks and recreational areas.

• Other Fees: Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for cleaning services. This is collected with the deposit when the reservation is made. UPON REQUEST, LATE CHECK OUT MAY BE ALLOWED WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
