My wife and I needed a place to stay for a short term contract in the L.A. area. I knew it wouldn't be easy to find just the perfect setting, but I was wrong. I found the description on 'Craig's List' and I thought 'surely this is being overstated'. It wasn't. I contacted Sunday and set up an appointment to see the property and I was 'blown away'! It was the perfect layout that we were looking for as we were going to spend 3 months there and we needed to feel at home. This place could not have been more perfect if I had designed it myself. The aminities were so much nicer than we had expected to find. Lars and Sunday were the 'ultimate' hosts. They literally opened their property to us to use at our leisure. What a wonderful place to retreat to after a stressful day of work. The deck was our place of solitude. We could not believe all the nature and wildlife that we experienced right off the deck. We even had our own hoot owls. What a peaceful, wonderful place. We,ll be back!!

The house was not easy to find during the night. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. But when we arrived we found a lovingly prepared house. In the fridge we found some sodas and food to start with - even fresh flowers were prepared; giving us the feeling to be welcomed. After a long journey we highly appreciated this. It is not very big, but fully loaded with perfect equipment in the kitchen and bath (incl. bathrobes), really nothing is missing. Our boys enjoyed the big flat screen with loads of programs. Besides the large pool, in the appending pub is a the billiard table and other games. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time in this house. It is a sleeper we really recommend.
