Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: PayPal
Required Stay: 1 year.....rental application, credit check and references required prior to approval..Thank you.
Deposits: First, Last, and Security deposit= $10,800. Paid in full before occupancy. Direct deposit into my account, as well as monthly direct deposits for rent(for optimum efficiency) The security deposit will be returned upon a clean bill of health or adjusted after property vacancy.
Other Fees: Rental Price includes once a week light green-cleaning housekeeping service. Inquire if additional cleaning service is desired. Gardener every other week. $300 check out cleaning fee. Utilities not included. Telephone, Gas, Electric, paid in addition to the monthly rental.

We stayed at this rental on a fluke last fall and were ecstatic that the random choice turned out to be such a find. This place has all the delightful modern touches from the colorful walls to the creative use of vertical space to the bathroom, oh the bathroom. A luxurious little spa of a bathroom with temperature-controlled toilet seat warmer and ultra modern flushing system - one flush for #1, another flush for #2. Gorgeous, artful tile and bathroom hardware and a perfect couples shower, with two tropical waterfall-like shower heads. The master bedroom was spacious and warm with a lovely skylight to welcome in the warm California morning sun. A lush backyard with comfy seating. Convenient location, a short walk to Ventura Boulevard shopping, close to the 101 freeway and the windy, wooded Topanga Canyon road to the beach. Overall, contemporary, comfortable and very California.
