MAX 18. We have 4 queens, 2 twins, 1 bunk, 2 single rollaways, single mattress (foldable), and 2 queen auto inflate, Washer and dryer, huge 900 sq ft living room for air beds. Large kitchen and wetbar, one on each floor. House is over 4,000 sq ft and MAX 18 please. Fenced area outside for pets to utilize, free wood and no extra pp fee and no pet fees! Should you choose to fish 10 adult, and 5 per child. No out of state license required. 6 fishing poles. Weekly 6night/7days
