The layout of the house worked for our group. The beds could be upgraded the mattresses were very old. Kathryn was very proactive and gave us good service.

lots of space, great lay out. The boat was a wonderful addition for the grandchildren. Caught lots of rainbow trout, enjoyed the wonderful weather, and amazing large kitchen for our reunion of 18. We tried to book for next July but your were already full. Cripple creek gambling for the adults, and the North Pole for the children was a hit.
