Description of the Woodstock vacation guesthouse rental

Beautiful house, very private but minutes to the center of town in Woodstock, New York! Unique, charming and comfortable lodging. There is a seperate entrance with a large living room with a working fireplace. If you are
renting as a group, there is a queensized pull-out sofa in the livingroom. Upstairs you will find a large bathroom with shower and tub. There are three comfortable bedrooms. One has a queensized bed and a sitting area with dressing vanity and antiques. The second has two twin beds and an adorable collection of antique "dog" prints. The third has a full antique victorian bed with a dressing vanity. All rooms have one closet. The upstairs hallway has a charming desk and sitting area. You will also find a "widow's walk" on the second floor with patio furniture. Perfect for small groups or famililes who want the experience of their own country getaway.

We are located approx. 2 miles from the center of town. The New York City bus (Trailways) stops in town. You can walk or take a short
taxi ride. We can provide you with two bycycles.

VICTORIAN ROOM-Full sized bed with hall bath. Beautiful victorian bed and widow's walk.

- $150 per night weekdays.
- $175 per night weekends.

ADIRONDACK ROOM-Queen sized bed with hall bath. Sitting area and widow's walk

- $175 per night weekdays.
- $200 per night weekends.

• Deposits: 50% deposit, $500 security
   
• Other Fees: For weekly rentals, I require a security deposit of 50% of the weekly rate to be returned at the end of your stay. Add an additional 15% per stay for maid service.

WE SPENT 2 OF THE MOST RELAXING DAYS IN A LONGTIME, THE HOUSE IS INCREDIBLE, VERY, VERY COMFORTABLE, AND THE SURROUNDINGS ARE LIKE A PIECE OF PARADISE. THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT, SHORT DRIVE TO TOWN, OR EVEN BETTER A BEAUTIFUL AND SCENIC WALK (ABOUT 2.5 MILES) GREAT RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA, WE ESPECIALLY RECOMMEND,"THE BEAR". WE CANNOT WAIT TO BOOK THE HOUSE AGAIN NEXT FALL. WE ARE SURE YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE AS GREAT AS OURS WAS.
