Be surrounded by natural beauty, charm and luxury at Your Home in Woodstock, a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Farmhouse with a heated pool, barn and Fireplace -all set on 3.5 acres of fields and gardens only 1.5 miles to the center of Woodstock.

Enjoy snow shoeing, skiing, hiking and biking, then unwind in comfort at this professionally managed and decorated country house. Sophisticated furnishings, art and architectural details like wood floors and antique doors add character to the interiors. Outdoor adventure and cultural activities abound, as Woodstock is the destination of choice in both the Catskill Mountains and the Hudson Valley Region of New York-all just two hours from NYC! *OUR CALENDAR IS CURRENT and for the farmhouse only. Woodstock, one of the oldest Colonies of the Arts in America, is a small, charming country town nestled at the foot of the Catskill Mountains and the Hudson River Valley of New York. Fine restaurants (The Bear Cafe, The Red Onion Bistro, Oriole 9); Unique Boutiques (The Guilded Carriage, Pegasus Shoes, Chez Ma Grand Mere); Music Venues (Bearsville Theatre, Colony Cafe, Kleinert James); and Galleries (Elana Zang, James Cox, Fletcher Art) are 10 minutes or less from either property.

The Hudson River (boating/kayaking/swimming/historic house tours) and Hunter and Belleayre Ski resorts are a short drive away, as are The Cullinary Institute of America, Bard College/The Fisher Center and many fine museums. Hiking (The Catskill Park), biking and swimming are just outside your door. Outdoor outfitters are available in Kingston, NY (12 miles) and New Paltz for equiptment rentals.

For further tourist information, please visit The Woodstock Chamber of Commerce and I love NY's websites. The Woodstock Film Festival, The Garlic Festival and Byrdcliffe are terrific fun! • Deposits: 50% Deposit due upon confirmed reservation for weekly and monthly rentals; remaining balance due 60 days prior to reserved period. 100% deposit for daily rentals at the time of reservation. One night stays +$175 for cleaning/laundry. Refundable Security deposit for stays greater than 3 nights. Refunds w/21 Days Notice for Cancelations for 2-7nts; 60 days notice for weekly and monthly rentals. We will REFUND 75% of your reservation if we re-book regardless of notice.
   
• Other Fees: All rentals require a security deposit. Utilites and Cleaning Fees are extra for rental periods greater than one week. Pool Heater Fuel is Extra. THE BARN STUDIO is only included in Summer Monthly rentals. Small Dogs require an extra cleaning charge. Smoking outside only or you will be charged min. $400 cleaning fee.
