Woodstock, one of the oldest Colonies of the Arts in America, is a small, charming country town nestled at the foot of the Catskill Mountains and the Hudson River Valley of New York. Fine restaurants (The Bear Cafe, The Red Onion Bistro, Cucina, and Oriole 9); Unique Boutiques (The Guilded Carriage, Pegasus Shoes, Chez Ma Grand Mere); Music Venues (Bearsville Theatre, Colony Cafe, Kleinert James); and Galleries (Elana Zang, James Cox, Fletcher Art) are 10 minutes or less from either property.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q:How many people can sleep in the house?
A:We have a maximum occupancy of six adults, although one child can sleep in the twin bedded daybed in the den of the master suite, which is separate from the bedroom and shares a bathroom with the master bedroom.
Q:Is the property quiet and private?
A:Yes. There is a small amount of noise in the field from the road, but it is only a country road. It is totally silent inside the house. There are neighbors around the property, although they are not visable really except in Winter in the distance; the property is not in the middle of nowhere and yet it is very private. It is on 3.5 acres and only 1.5 miles to town, so you get the best of both worlds.
Q:How far is skiing?
A:Skiing is only 45 mi away at either Belleayre or Hunter Mountains.
Q:Do you allow dogs?
A:Yes, we allow dogs and the house is deer fenced and gated so please tell them that freedom abounds! An extra cleaning fee ($75) applies. NO CATS. We do maintain a hypoallergenic environment and run a HEPA vacuum system to ensure that there is no dander.
