Description of the Woodstock vacation home rental

Beautiful 1800's farm house on 2 acres surrounded by mountains and streams. Recently renovated,large bright and airy rooms, with views, refinished original hard wood floors, one and a half miles from Woodstock, sleeps 14. This is our personal vacation home and as such is well-maintained. When not used by us, it is made available to others.

There is an air hockey table, Play Station 2, bicycle, 6 beautiful bedrooms, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, fully-equipped modern kitchen, and 2 full baths. No street lights and three porches to enjoy the stars by night, and the trees and mountains with their scent of freshness and deer running around by day.

Cold clean mountain water comes out from the well. Excellent Smoke-free, Pet-free accommodation for the whole family. We welcome children. SKIERS!We are half an hour from Hunter and Belayre Mts.After the fun of skiing,enjoy Woodstock's night life.

Woodstock is in the middle of the 300,000 acre Catskill forest. The area is very scenic with an abundance of streams flowing through mountains. It offers excellent hiking trails and a natural swim hole for picnicking in the woods.
Nearby Wilson State Park offers boating.
High up in the hills is a Buddhist Monastery.
8 miles away, the Hudson River passes through Kingston
1st capital of New York. Good restaurants and boats abound.
Between Woodstock and Kingston, West Hurley has beautiful
old houses.
The town of Saugerties 12 miles away has become a popular
antique center.
