Our guest have told us that our home is the perfect place for their family to reconnect.
That we are in the perfect location.
The ocean & sound just steps away.
Activities close by when you them & quiet
time also.

Transform your family to a slower pace, enjoy breath
taking sunrises over the ocean and spectacular
sunsets over the sound.

You will cherish this time spent together, in a home
that was built when the trolley went by its front porch
but provides modern amenites.
The wrap around porch is the perfect place to rock,
read or visit with family & friends.

Swimming, fishing, sunbathing & surfing are just steps
away.

With the 4 bedrooms, family room, kitchen/breakfast
nook, formal dining room & porch on one level, it
makes for an ideal situation with younger children
& family gathering.

The shared sound side pier is ideal to sit, read, picnic
or just sit back an enjoy the boats going by.
Our brand new floating dock (26 feet) works well for
fishing or mooring your boat.

We have a meet and greet on Wednesday evening
on the pier at sunset.We have soft drinks or wine &
appetizer this our way of saying that you are now
our friends.

We do not rent to:
FRATERNITIES & SORORITIES, HOUSE PARTIES,
SPRING BREAKS PARTIES, or other such parties
unless request is submitted in writing & approved.
There may be an increase in security deposit and
increase in rent if party is approved. We have also
had to curtail pets because of some past pet owners.

Area Information

Wrightsville Beach is an excellent location to relax and
enjoy. You can be in the center of activity or you can just
relax. The history buff can explore the many historial
sites or for the adventurous, many shipwrecks
of yesteryear are just off the coast. Shoppers have Outlets,
Dept. stores, antiques shops and more for their
enjoiyment. The area is a mecca for golf & tennis. Stroll
the sandy beach or the River walk downtown Wilmingtom.
Children's activities & playgrounds abound. Several
wineries are within a short drive. Family activities
are varied & numerious. We hope to see you soon and
add to your familiy memories.

We are just a short 7/10 of a mile to restaurants, ice cream and small shops, and a small grocery.If you walk in the other direction we are about 3/10 of a mile to a nice two story pier restaurant that you may eat in or on the pier.

UNCW Graduation Fabulous Experience

I have admired this home since the early 70s and remember so well the garden and gazebo on the sound. A friend and I decided to rent it when our daughters graduated from UNCW. We had such a wonderful experience and enjoyed the home and the grounds so much. With the permission of the owners, we had a small graduation gathering on the sound side after the graduation ceremony on campus. It was a memorable event for our daughers, their friends and our families. The access to the ocean is very convenient. This is a unique home with a fascinating history. We were lucky enough to meet the owner and get details about the area and the home. We brought kayaks, a paddle board and jet ski and had great access to the sound. My friend is so impressed with the area that she is relocating to Coastal NC from PA! We will be back for another Mother's Day and another upcoming Graduation! Thanks so much for a memorable time!

We spent the week at the house and had a great time. The location was perfect with the beach in the front and the sound in the back. Although the house is old it has alot of history and it is well maintained. We look forward to visiting it again.

We had a family of 5 stay for Thanksgiving and found the home had a great large kitchen with all the cooks we had! Nice large tv for watching videos. Great location!

Great Place on the Beach

We had a group from all over the east coast meeting in Wrightsville for a reunion golf weekend. The place couldn't have been any better for us. It was convenient to the beach, walking distance to the town center, and close enough to many golf courses. We had a great time and suggest it to anyone else.
