Description of the Wrightsville Beach vacation home rental

Situated on the quite north end of Wrightsville Beach this magnificent property has 5000 sq of luxurious living space on 3 levels with panoramic views of the ocean and sound. Every room has a view. There are 7 decks on three floors that overlook either the ocean or the sound. Elevator service to all levels for your convenience

Upper level: Spacious room with queen bed, full bathroom with sauna, living area, wet bar large screen TV, 2 Decks 1 overlooking the sound and lagoon and 1 overlooking the ocean. Magnificent sunsets
The large great room, kitchen, dining and master bedroom are located on the 3rd floor providing great views in every direction. The open floor plan extends into the elegant, great room with a 30 ft ceiling large dining table seats 10 people plus an adjacent breakfast area with sitting for 4. Well-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needed.
Master has queen bed, sitting area and bath with large custom tiled shower, his and her vanities and a Jacuzzi which great ocean views
2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, & a laundry room.
Solarium with indoor pool overlooking a seeming endless savanna
Garage level: ping pong table; exterior shower room; patio; Beach cart for easy transport of chairs, cooler, etc to beach. 2 adult bikes and beach chairs

This house offers the best of both worlds. Walk out your back door to your private dock. Enjoy fishing, kayaking ect. The ocean beach path is directly across the street, which is the only beach access with showers and bathroom

Enjoy the amenities of the Shell Island Resort just steps away where you can rent additional bikes, boogie boards and beach umbrellas

The resort also offers ocean front dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Family and friends (9 in total plus 2 year old grandson) stayed at home directly on beach. Beautiful view and easy access to ocean. The home was very clean and well prepared for our visit. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, pots, etc. Bryant Real Estate managed the property and were very helpful allowing us to obtain keys/access at noon instead of the normal 3:00 check in. Overall a great experience.

Our extended family had a wonderful fall weekend in Wrightsville Beach. The house was everything it promised and more. The location, furnishings, and especially the views were magnificant. We were a multi- generation group and there was enough seperate and together space to meet everyone's needs. The owners were very accommodating and we would love to stay here again. The only complaint was that more lighting in the living room was needed. Thanks for a beautiful home that enhanced an awesome family weekend.
