Family owned Ocean View vacation rental home on the Central Coast of Oregon in the peaceful town of Yachats.

The home has plenty of room for a large gathering with two full baths, large fully equipped kitchen and lots of sleeping choices. There is a king master bedroom; queen bedroom with ocean view, family room with two wooden framed queen futons and a living room with a queen pull out comfy sofa. There is a wood burning stove in the combination living/dining room as well as a front interior sunroom and fenced private backyard. There is driveway parking for four vehicles and Coastal access as well as the 804 trail are only a short one/half block away. Downtown Yachats is only 6 blocks away where you can find shops, restaurants, grocery stores and casual markets.

The home is fully equipped with plenty of comfortable furniture, artwork and the comforts of home, including an extensive library of books, games, toys and movies.

Area Description

Yachats is a fabulous get-a-way village that is family oriented and centered around a small community. No fast food, very limited commercial development and no casinos make this a great place for a long weekend or extended vacation to relax and enjoy the terrific surf and ocean habitat. Miles of hiking, shoreline, rocky tidepools and crashing waves as well as sandy pocket beaches and state parks await for your pleasure.

What we do have are a number of unique restaurants for every taste and budget; The Drift Inn, family style with live music every night; Luna, freshest seafood in the area with very reasonable prices; Roca Mar, great mexican food with reasonable prices. We also have great shops and markets for gifts and groceries as well as The Green Salmon; organic coffee and home baked pastries!

Larger towns of Newport and Florence are an easy 25 minute drive to the North and South for those looking for more night life or other choices in development.

Yachats is definitely worth the trip! See you at the Coast!

Deposits: Rates listed are averages, actual nightly rental rates are from $75 to $150 per night plus lodging tax and are based on season, number of persons and length of stay. We offer discounts for weekly and monthly rentals. Please call or e-mail for more information and rental rate details. Rates are higher during Holidays. Fully refundable cleaning/security deposit equal to one night's rental rate.
Other Fees: We ask guests to leave the homes in the same condition(or better)as they found them, or we can discuss a cleaning fee if that is preferred.
