05/03/06 Positive My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this property for two weeks in April, 2006. We were very happy with every aspect of the apartment and surroundings - and the hospitality of the landlord is super. The floating dock was perfect for us - allowed us to tie up our kayaks and shallow draft powerboat. It was a bit too early in the season for the best inshore fishing, but we caught redfish, trout, and several other species. Tremendous wildlife along the river - ospreys, bald eagles, river otters, manatees, porpoises, gators, turtles, herons, cranes, and more. Flora along the lower parts of the river are diverse and wild. We're going back!
