Located on a shady large lot this 2 bedroom cottage has a newly renovated full bath and screen porch. Three driveways on a dead end street provide ample parking. Fabulous outside shower for after beach rinse has a child height nozzle as well! Sleeps 6-8 with pull out couches. Plus bedroom, ½ bath and TV room in finished cellar. Fully equipped with microwave, linens, Washer and Dryer, cable TV, VCR, eat in kitchen, living/dining room.
10 minutes to Hyannis, and Cape Cod Mall and major stores.
Gas BBQ, lots of patio furniture and picnic table are perfect for outside entertainment plenty of bikes for a whole family in cellar! Sun- Sun rentals to beat traffic!
