Description of the Yarmouthport vacation home rental
So far great few summer rental seasons after renovation (with the help of a wonderful local and experienced property management team)!!! We work to touch it up and home is always ready for another lovely season.
This is a bright vactation property with expected Cape Cod charm. Home has gated pool and hot tub /patio back yard with fire pit as well as hardwood floors and open, living areas!
With 5 Bedrooms and 2 ½ Baths, it will easily accommodate up to 10 Guests. The newly renovated Kitchen is complete with Stainless Side By Side Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Stainless Dishwasher, Microwave, and so much more. Just off the Kitchen, step into the Large Dining room with seating for the group. Dine and then relax in the Bright and Airy Living room with Sofa and Love seat, Cable TV and DVD player.
From the Table and Chairs on the Patio Surrounding the In Ground Pool enjoy a glass of Ice Tea, a Cup of Coffee or just take in the tranquility as your guest take a dip in the Pool. Take advantage of the Patios Large Grill for an Afternoon Barbecue of Hot dogs and Hamburgers.

I would like to take a quick minute before I leave to tell you how much we enjoyed our vacation here. The pool was awesome. The second we arrived we felt as if we were "on vacation". All of the time put into decorating this home to make guests feel as if they are on a "Cape Cod" vacation was so appreciated. We will definitely come back! Thanks again!
