The house I am renting is a full size, year-round, 9 room house in a quiet family neighborhood on the north side of Yarmouth (Yarmouthport) on Cape Cod. It has three bedrooms and two full baths. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and one bedroom is on the garden level below. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and two double beds in each of the other two bedrooms. It has a brand new kitchen with all new appliances. It also has a porch and a deck with a gas grill.

Other amenities Include: TV Cable, VCR, DVD Player, High Speed Wireless Internet, Microwave, Dishwasher, Window A/Cs.
