Full wall of sliding doors in dining room and living room connect to the deck & overlook a beautiful salt water lake which is connected to the Nantucket Sound via Bass River.
Bring your boat or kayaks that you can launch into Follins pond from two public boat launches each 1/2 mile away. You can watch your family boating from the deck of the house. If you feel adventurous you can boat from Follins pond down Bass river into the Atlantic ocean. Many unique restaurants and watering holes to visit along the river including one at Bass River Country Club.
We are next door to resident Capt Dave Eaton who operates Intruder Deep Sea Fishing, book your trip ahead of time.
Circular driveway in front of house for parking. Additional parking in rear of house which is on a cul-de-sac, safe for small children to play. Up to 5 miles from ocean beaches such as Seaview, Mayflower, Chapin and Corporation on Cape Cod Bay.
Cape Cod Bike Paths on Setucket Rd will take you to Dennis Parks, Golf courses & Tennis courts. Dennis Highland golf course is 1 mile away and Dennis Pines is 2.5 miles away, John Kelly recreation center is 1.5 miles away with tennis court & baseball fields.
Convenient to Patriot Square shopping plaza with Dunkin Donuts about 2 miles away on Rte 134. or head towards South Yarmouth about same distance to another Stop & Shop Market. If you prefer local flavor there is Peterson's market about 1 mile away that sells prepared foods, beer and wine.
Completely furnished with all that's needed including linens & towels. One bedroom has queen bed, & large bay window. 2nd bedroom has full size bed. Third bonus room contains two twin beds,and bunk beds- bottom is full & top is twin, room has access to full bath with over sized shower and washer/dryer.
Plus you have an over sized sunny private outdoor shower with very hot water.

Beautiful quiet location that captures the best of Cape Cod. Located in an area filled with natural beauty versus commercialism. Clean & private property provided room enough for 9 to relax & sleep but dining accommodations were tight inside & out. "Air conditioned" means two window units - Lower level remained very comfortable but upper bedrooms never got quite cool during the 90 degree + hot spell we had. Outdoor shower was fabulous as was the location to beaches, unique dining & shops. Highly recommend the "lobster roll sunset cruise" just a few miles from the house. Kitchen could use more cookware, cutting boards & utensils for those that prefer to cook than dine out... otherwise it has everything you need for a great vacation.

Went with my best friends family. There was 9 of us and plenty of room. The outside shower was a big hit with the kids. The Rodneys were very helpfull. Hope to go back next year.

had a great time in this lovely home! Clean, nicely furnished, centrally located to beaches, shopping, nightlife. Quiet neighborhood. Having coffee on the deck watching the sunrise was great!
