Description of the York Beach vacation apartment rental

3 bedroom sleeps 6 and a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, amusement park & zoo, etc. 1 full size bed in 1 BR 2 twins in another and 2 more twins in the other. This is the first floor of a dulex, off street parking for 2-3 cars, gas grill on back deck and a open porch on the front so you can look downtown. 2 color TVs with basic cable. I require a $200.00 security/cleaning deposit. That will be returned via mail upon unit being cleaned when you leave. At least half or the rent due as a deposit upon agreement and balence when you get here. NO SMOKING

very nice beach 2-3 minutes away and another one in a 4-5 minute drive. Amusement park and zoo very close, The famous Nubble Light House is only 4-5 minute drive. The Kittery outlets are just south of York
