House is 4 bedroom (sleeps 7 plus a queen pullout couch in front room), 2 baths, enclosed front porch overlooking ocean. Can see the ocean from almost any room in the house. Available either July 30th – August 6th or August 13 – August 20 for $3,200. Large backyard with volley ball court, horseshoe pits, basketball net, outside hot/cold shower. Also, back deck with grill. Many amenities including wifi enabled & HD TV, Washer/Dryer, extra refrigertor. High tide brings the ocean within about 60 feet of the front door!! Located in York the area is noted for it's awesome beaches and great tourist area. The most photographed place in the east coast (Cape Neddick Lighthouse; also known as Nubble Light) can be seen from the front of the house. York Beach has wonderful shops and there are a number of resturants with ocean views. Home is located on the south end of Long Sands Beach where the homes are larger and provide for more privacy. York is one of the oldest towns in the US and has wonderful museums and a number of art gallerys including the Sea Rose Gallery which is located in the house when we are there.

There is baskeball hoop in the backyard as well as volley ball net and horseshoes pits. There are 2 resturants on the ocean that are walking distance from the house.
