Description of the York Beach vacation home rental
One street back from the ocean, close to Anchorage Inn and Long Sands bath house.
We also have a 5 bedroom house next door. See picture. This house has 2 baths, (one on each floor) washer dryer, d/w, cable, internet, BBQ, 2 decks. Parking for 3-4 cars. Again, this is ideal for a large family. We would also consider weekend rentals. This house has 2 queen beds on the first floor with a twin in each of those bedrooms. Second floor has 3 bedrooms 2 with 2 twins each and the other a full and a bunk bed.
The 7 bedroom is available for winter rental or weekend rental
Also the 5 bedroom is available for weekend rentals in the fall

Pleasant, Comfortable Home Close to Beach

Nicely equipped, pleasant, spacious and dog friendly!! Rented the 7 bedroom home, this home is set back one block from York Beach, easy 2-3 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood, close to snack bar and restaurants. Nice flat screen TV in LR, all bedrooms had TV's, wireless internet, washer & dryer a plus! Thank you!

Fabulous family get together

The only criticism of this listing is that the listing is a little confusing and could be more informative. The house is fantastic and the owners are super nice and accommodating. It is very clean and looks recently built or renovated. It is important to know that you need to bring your own linen. The kitchen is well stocked and huge. Every room and common space has a TV. The balconies are divine. The convenience to the ocean are great but don't cut through the most direct route, the neighboring caretaker will scold you and his dog will rat you out. The beds are very comfortable. There are 2 nice rooms on the first floor which was great for my elderly mother. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful property and great owners

My brother and I rented the new house in the back, as this one was rented. The property was new, attractive, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner (John) was friendly, flexible, and very pleasant to deal with. The house is right down the block from the beach, a very pleasant stroll. Great place, and a relaxed rental experience!
