Description of the York Harbor vacation home rental

This private house has a bird's eye view of Nubble Light house and the ocean. The front porch is a great place to sit and eat while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. A fairly sized yard offers plenty of room for cook- outs and parking. The house has a fully equiped kitchen with a seperate dinning room.. a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor along with a living room. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms and a bath. Walking distance to York Beach and the trolley stop, that will take you to shops and restaurants. ** Please note that guests must bring their own sheets,pillows, blankets and towels -these items are not provided

Family Vacation

Our family, 7 1/2 (one year old!), stayed at this house and were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is far enough away from the noise but close enough to get anywhere. The front porch was great. We spent most of our time on it. The sunrises were amazing from the porch. A great value for the size and location of the house. We had one issue but the owners had it corrected pronto! We are planning to return next year.

Overall we were very happy with the accomodations as well as the location. The porch with the ocean view was awesome. On the negative side, there were only 2 fans in the house, and no instructions for anything and only 1 key. Couldn't log on to wi-fi (had to reset router) and trash was left from previous renters.
