Description of the York vacation home rental
Three bedrooms, one bathroom, dining room, newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, and new cupboards. Living room has TV/VCR, set up for cable and internet. Two bedrooms each have twin beds. Sleeps six. New washer and dryer, front porch, and back deck with grill and picnic table.
Bottom level of the duplex used seasonably by owners.
The area is great - ¼ mile walk to Short Sands Beach and town shops, ½ mile walk to Long Sands Beach, located near Nubble Lighthouse. Only 1.5 hours drive north from Boston, ½ hour drive south of Kennebunk.
Available June 27th through September 6th. $1400/week.
Also available March 1 through June 27th at discounted rates, or for monthly rental at $1400/month.
