My brother and I rented the new house in the back, as this one was rented. The property was new, attractive, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner (John) was friendly, flexible, and very pleasant to deal with. The house is right down the block from the beach, a very pleasant stroll. Great place, and a relaxed rental experience!
