Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: American Express, Cashier's Check, Discover, Mastercard, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check, Visa
Check In: 4 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: Friday thru Sunday, Monday to Sunday
Lodging Tax: 9%
Deposits: $1000 credit card reserve deposit - refundable. $150 cleaning deposit - refundable. $50 inspection fee non-refundable. Cleaning checklist/activities at the end of stay required to receive a refund of the $150 cleaning deposit. Cleaning service available at your option that will consume the $150 cleaning charge. Linen service available at $11 per bed. With this service, one change of linens will be left per bed along with 14 bath towels. Vactioners will bag for cleaning on departing.
Other Fees: Any items broken during the stay will result in a charge to vacationers. Cancellation policy: Security deposit of $1000 is always refunded on cancellation. Rental stay deposit: 60% refunded if cancellation is more than 30 days before arrival date. 40% is refunded if cancellation is between 29 to 20 days before arrival date. 20% will be refunded if cancellation occurs within 19 days of arrival date and rerented for the entire cancelled reservation dates. If not rerented no refund.

Great space, We came across this space online and hoped it would work out for our day hike up Half Dome in Yosemite. We were extremely surprised and blessed with this space. We ended up having a large number of people in and out over our 3 night stay and everyone had space to move around. The deck/patio is really inviting no matter how you plan to use the space. The walkout basement was a great place for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoyed the main level. We found the owners to be very accommodating and pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. The only downside was noticed after out 18 mile hike up to Half Dome… stairs… not something you look forward to after a long hike. We very much look forward to using the “cabin” again. Tony

Drove to Fish Camp and played in the snow with the Kids ... we had a great time and appreciated that it was only a few minutes back to the cabin to enjoy the fireplace! Can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy Bass Lake!
