Originally designed as a B&B, The Morningate is an ideal writers ' retreat, athletic training base, or weekend getaway. Furnished rooms with very private baths. A furnished kitchen, parlor, dining area, patio, etc. are maintained for guest use. Access is maintained by Cal Trans during the winter.
Area Description
An alpine climate at a 5,000 foot elevation. A lush green natural setting rich with wildflowers until the snow falls. Walk to the Teneya Lodge Resort Complex, Giant Sequoias, good fishing, etc. Just 20 minutes from major supermarkets, medical facilities, golfing, boating, Gold Country, etc.
