Description of the Yosemite National Pk vacation home rental
A beautiful vacation home on a wooded hillside at 6,000 ft. elevation. From the deck you will see wonderful sunsets and lots of stars. Deer, coyotes and bears as well as quail, ravens and other birds drink out of the garden pond. Original paintings and photographs by famous Yosemite artists are in every room. The great room is filled with light from the high ceiling wall of windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided. One bedroom is handicapped accessible. Carport parking. Home can be rented as a 2 bedroom for 4-5 people up to 5 bedrooms for up to 13 people.

We are in Yosemite West, the central area of Yosemite National Park. Yosemite Valley and Yosemite Village are north. Here you will see Yosemite Falls, Half Dome and El Capitan. Glacier Point is east. Here you can look down on Yosemite Valley and Vernal and Nevada Falls.Going south, see the giant redwoods in the Mariposa Grove. All are 16 miles or less from your new home. In Winter, ice skate at the base of Half Dome or ski or snow shoe at Badger Pass Ski Resort only 6 miles away.

Well I was very upset and disappointed in the fact that I had a confirmed reservation for a house in Yosemite. On my way to the rental property I get a phone call that the house would not be available do to no water service when I was assured that everything was ok and confirmed. They did in fact give us a full refund but our weekend plans were ruined and we had to adjust to a appartment like property that we were very un-happy with. I would not ever use this rental company again for what they did. Yosemite though is a beautiful place and we made the best of it with our friends and family.
