Nice location

This home is in a nice neighborhood, quiet - friendly neighbors. The home was clean and comfortable. Bedding could be upgraded and new boxsprings needed, but the rest of the house was well decorated. We enjoyed the patio and hummingbirds, and the fact that there was a garage for our car. The house is walking distance to the golf course. Enjoyed the events in Yuma during our stay - and the sunshine! We would recommend this rental property to others.

I stayed at this house and spend New Years there and had a great time with friends. The house his so cute and I love the colors, they are so soothing and the decoration his South Western I love that. The house is well maintained and clean, It's close to everything in town and that's a plus. I really recommend it. Try it you'll like it.
