WE NOW HAVE THREE SEPARATE RENTALS (OR RENT THE ENTIRE HOUSE). EACH ROOM FEATURES ITS OWN PRIVATE BATH. INCLUDED IN YOUR ROOM RENTAL IS COMPLETE ACCESS TO THE HOUSE’S AMENTIES. BETTER THAN ANY HOTEL AND MORE AFFORDABLE TOO!

Dear Frank & Tammy,
Just a note to tell you I, E.T. & Fluff are home safely. It was such a pleasure to have stayed in your lovely "casa" for the past week. Not everyone enjoys a "dental vacation" and having your quiet, clean, comfortable "suite" to come to after a day in Mexico was wonderful. I especially loved having coffee in the morning on the patio, "Hiss" your gentle kitty, joined us and the doves serenaded the warm sunny mornings. I know Jerry loved having the opportunity to watch movies on the "wide screen" TV!
Of course I hope not to have to get additional dental work done at the extent I had done... but I do hope to have the opportunity to stay at your home once again. Next year I plan to head down to San Felipe, MX. and hopefully when I get those dates put together,your place will be available to stay at.
The accommodations were perfect and your hospitality was so gracious.

Thank you Tammy and Frank for helping me have a very enjoyable stay in Yuma. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with you. The spacious en suite offered all the luxuries of home. I especially enjoyed the comfortable king size bed and the thick, soft towels you supplied. Although I didnt eat there that often, I liked that you made all the necessary appliances, dishes, cookware etc. available if I needed them. The room was very private with a separate entrance and covered parking area for my car. You live in a very nice, quiet area and I enjoyed my walks throughout the neighborhood.
Thank you for your great service!! I appreciated your friendliness which helped me feel at home and comfortable. I would highly recommend your rental to any winter Yuma visitors.
