Set among the towering palms and lush gardens at Playa las Tortugas, Villa Los Sueños is an eco-conscious luxury retreat. With over 4000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably in 3 bedrooms (plus a den) and 3.5 baths.

The entire villa is air conditioned for year-round comfort. It also features energy-efficient appliances and fixtures to minimize the villa’s environmental impact.

The living and dining rooms open up to a large, wrap-around patio, creating a spacious indoor-outdoor living area. The villa’s kitchen features stainless appliances and custom cabinetry for your use. Better yet, you can have our staff prepare meals to your liking. For entertainment, the living room includes a 42″ high definition TV with a blu-ray player and surround sound system for watching movies. The den provides a quiet place for reading, reflection, or even work (if you can’t avoid it).

All three bedrooms feature king size beds with pillow-top mattress and custom, wrought iron bed frame, individual air conditioning units and ceiling fans, private bathrooms with granite countertops, luxury linens and plush towels.

The Master Suite offers ocean views, a flat screen TV and PlayStation3, direct access to the second floor wrap around balcony, a two-person soaking tub, double sinks with a granite countertop, and an oversized shower with glass block walls.

At Villa Los Sueños, there is also plenty to do, rain or shine, including sunbathing on the balcony, taking a siesta on the porch, dining al fresco, grilling your fresh catch of the day, surfing the internet, watching a movie or enjoying a video game on the PS3 or blu-ray player, reading a book from our collection, or just enjoy the ocean views from the master bedroom or second bedroom. What you won't need to do is worry about is cooking, cleaning, or your daily commute.

During your stay at Villa los Sueños, you can enjoy the many activities and amenities that Playa Las Tortugas offers. Splash in the calm ocean waters or venture out a little farther and catch a wave on one of our boogie boards (or bring your own surf board). Take a horseback ride along the 5 miles of beachfront or build a sand castle (beach toys provided for your use). Lounge by the pool or take a dip in the water. Kayak in the ocean or canoe through the estuary. In the evening, you can even participate in a sea turtle release and help newborn turtles make their way to the ocean.

If you want to venture further afield, there is an abundance of things to do and see in the area. You can dine at a palapa restaurant at nearby Platanitos beach or hike to a nearby waterfall. Go out on a whale and dolphin watching tour or test your deep sea fishing skills. Explore towns along the coast including San Blas, San Francisco, and Sayulita. Take a day trip to shop at Puerto Vallarta.
