This house is made in the traditional style of the island. The property is family owned and is cared for properly to provide the ultimate vacation atmosphere.

The house can accommodate 2-4 persons comfortably. Contains 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds that can be changed out upon request)and 1 bathroom. Its also has fully fitted kitchen, fully furnished living room, and equipped with an Air condition unit, all the necessities to make you feel at home.

This House is 1 of 12. Petrina Spitia provides a small quiet Villa that is the perfect destination for all looking to enjoy the beauty of the Greek Islands. Our location put you in the middle of all the action without the noise and commotion that Greek Islands usually have. The villa has 1 entrance and one exit, which eliminates all cross traffic and provides an ideal environment for children to play outside or for those who wish to enjoy reading a book on your private veranda.

1. Laganas Beach - The ultimate tourist location w/ beach bars, beach parties, locations for beach sports, several locations for boat rides around the island, rent boats & peddalos.
2. Kalamaki Beach “The perfect family beach, quiet and low tides for children to play in the water. Several locations to rent boats & peddalos.
